LANG FOUNDATION

The Lang Family Foundation is a private ancillary fund operating in South Australia.

The Foundation was established in January 2011 through donations received from members of the Lang family, who continue to serve as the Foundation’s trustees.

Who we are

The Lang Family Foundation was established in 2011, at the instigation of Roger Lang. The Foundation's initial corpus was created through donations generously provided by Roger, Kirsty and Mark Roderick, and Fiona and Nick Grieve.

What we support

The Foundation supports organisations working in, or with, the communities of South Australia.  Funds recipients must be eligible DGR1 status organisations.

Over the years, the Lang Family Foundation has supported organisations both large and small.  Our giving has focussed on supporting people experiencing poverty and disadvantage, the creative arts, regional communities and environmental protection.  We are particularly passionate about supporting volunteer-based organisations who care for their communities in a range of ways.

How we give

The Lang Family Foundation receives funding applications only by invitation. We offer both large and small grants to organisations whose work aligns with our strategic purpose. The Foundation operates a lean infrastructure and invests in impact through the organisations we support. As such, we are unable to consider unsolicited applications.

How to get in touch

Past and current grant recipients can keep us up to date with their work by emailing reports and updates to hello@langfamilyfoundation.au.
